I Build Systems That Endure.
Before entering executive leadership, my career began as an international equestrian athlete — a discipline rooted in precision, endurance, and performance under pressure.
A leukemia diagnosis and Graves’ disease reshaped that trajectory early. It also sharpened my understanding of structure, resilience, and sustainability.
I transitioned into executive leadership roles overseeing governance strategy, national conferences, operational growth, and revenue expansion for mission-driven organizations. Over time, I formalized that approach through From the Hart Management — building scalable systems designed to hold under complexity.
My work later expanded into founder infrastructure through Soul Systems Studio, where I design digital operating systems that replace reactive growth with intentional architecture.
Today, my work focuses on:.
Executive-level operational leadership
Founder infrastructure and scalable systems
Strategic Research & Development.
I am not interested in building trends.
I am interested in building frameworks that outlast them.
